Terms and Conditions

- Share, reproduce, or distribute course materials beyond permitted personal use
- Create derivative works based on our training content without authorization
- Use our materials for competitive purposes or to develop competing training programs
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies
4. Age Restrictions and Requirements
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the age requirements or have obtained necessary consents.
User Responsibilities
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accordia, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Accordia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control
- Claims must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action arose
10. Consequential Damages Exclusion
We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, reputational damage, loss of data, or other consequential losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan, for the resolution of any disputes.

17. Waiver
